In the Gulf region’s diverse building landscape, interoperability is not optional, it is essential. Clenergize designs every automation system to work as a fully integrated, cross-protocol environment from the moment it’s commissioned. That means HVAC, lighting, metering, and third-party systems all communicate in real time across KNX, BACnet, Modbus, DALI, and other protocols, with no manual workarounds or late-stage fixes required.
Our engineering team includes certified KNX integrators and experienced BACnet and Modbus programmers, enabling seamless interaction between multi-vendor systems. Whether it’s a KNX-based lighting system, BACnet/IP chillers, or Modbus VFDs, we design native integrations using gateways or unified controllers. For example: if a DALI lighting sensor detects occupancy, it can signal the BACnet HVAC system to adjust temperature, ensuring every subsystem communicates in real time.
In complex projects such as hotels, malls, or office towers, we integrate GRMS with the BMS and Property Management System PMS, enabling automatic room conditioning, lighting scenes, and blind control based on guest check-in or occupancy. We also link the BMS to access control and people-counting systems, adjusting lighting and HVAC based on floor-level activity.
We deliver unified dashboards where facility managers can monitor HVAC data, lighting levels, security events, generator status, and energy trends, all from a single interface. Interfaces can be customized for each project and offered in English and Arabic. These cross-system interactions also enable advanced strategies, such as demand response: when power consumption spikes, the BMS can automatically reduce lighting intensity or shift setpoints, helping to avoid peak charges.
