At Clenergize, our Energy Infrastructure division delivers integrated engineering, technical advisory, financial support and contractual guidance for energy and electrical infrastructure projects. We work alongside developers, investors, asset owners, industrial clients and public-sector entities through every stage of a project — from early-stage feasibility and grid connection strategy to engineering review, tendering, construction supervision, commissioning, performance validation, funding support and long-term asset optimization.
Our role is to help clients develop projects that are technically sound, financially viable, contractually aligned, grid-compliant and execution-ready. Whether you are planning a multi-hundred-megawatt grid-connected solar plant, a remote-site hybrid system, a new substation, a campus electrification scheme or a distressed-asset turnaround, our team brings the engineering depth, modelling capability and commercial insight to move your project forward with confidence.
The Energy Infrastructure division provides specialized services across six core areas: utility-scale and grid-connected solar projects, hybrid and off-grid energy systems, electrical infrastructure services, power system studies, performance testing and technical advisory, and financial advisory and project funding support.
Our services are designed to reduce technical risk, improve bankability, support utility and authority approvals, optimize project costs and ensure reliable operational performance over the asset lifetime. We combine engineering expertise, grid integration knowledge, project management capability, financial modelling, contractual structuring and independent technical advisory under one integrated service platform — so clients can engage a single trusted partner rather than coordinating across multiple specialist firms.
We deliver end-to-end advisory and engineering support across the full project lifecycle. Our services are organized into six core areas, each addressing a specific dimension of project success — technical feasibility, grid readiness, contractual structure, financial viability, performance assurance and funding access.
We support utility-scale and grid-connected solar PV projects across the full lifecycle — from site screening and grid connection strategy through engineering, tendering, construction supervision, grid compliance testing and long-term asset optimization. Our team acts as Owner’s Engineer, Lender’s Technical Advisor or Independent Engineer, helping clients deliver bankable, grid-compliant projects on time and on budget.
We work with utilities such as DEWA, SEC, ADDC and others across the GCC, and apply ETAP and DigSILENT for grid integration studies that support utility approvals.
Our Hybrid & Off-Grid Energy Systems services help industrial clients, remote operators and developers reduce diesel dependency, integrate renewables and improve operational reliability. We design PV-diesel-BESS hybrid systems, off-grid microgrids and grid-edge solutions — with a strong focus on dynamic stability, control system architecture and verifiable fuel-savings outcomes.
Our Electrical Infrastructure Services cover utility connection management, transmission and distribution network planning, substation and facility electrification design, SCADA/EMS integration and metering. We support large-scale developments — industrial parks, agricultural projects, commercial campuses, residential communities and public infrastructure — in delivering reliable electrical supply that is engineered, costed and energized on schedule.
Our Power System Studies team provides independent ETAP and DigSILENT-based modelling and analysis to validate electrical system performance, support utility approvals and optimize design. We deliver studies for grid-connected, hybrid and off-grid systems — covering steady-state, transient, dynamic, protection and power quality behaviour across all voltage levels.
Our Performance Testing, Diagnostics & Technical Advisory services help clients verify that energy assets perform as designed, investigate and resolve underperformance, and make informed decisions on acquisition, refinancing or technical claims. We act as independent technical advisors to lenders, investors, developers and asset owners — with a focus on factual, evidence-based reporting.
Our Financial Advisory & Project Funding Support team helps clients translate engineering plans into bankable, fundable propositions. We prepare lender-ready financial models and information packs, align projects with government grants and concessional financing, and support clients through debt, equity and financial close. Our advisory is grounded in technical reality — because financing assumptions only hold when they reflect what the asset can actually deliver.
We act as Owner’s Engineer (OE) for developers and asset owners, and as Lender’s Technical Advisor (LTA) and Independent Engineer (IE) for banks, development finance institutions, infrastructure funds and equity investors. Our independent technical advisory provides assurance on project assumptions, EPC delivery, performance guarantees and ongoing operational risk — helping projects reach financial close and stay on track through construction and operation.
Grid integration is one of the most underestimated risks in energy projects. We coordinate with utilities and grid operators across the GCC — including DEWA, SEC, ADDC, OETC, KAHRAMAA and others — on point-of-connection capacity, interconnection studies, grid code compliance, reactive power and voltage control, and curtailment risk. Our grid integration support runs from early-stage capacity inquiry through utility approval and energization.
We provide independent technical due diligence (TDD) for project acquisitions, refinancing, portfolio reviews and refurbishment decisions. Our TDD reports cover design quality, equipment condition, operational performance, EPC and O&M obligations, warranty status, technical risk, and recommended CAPEX/OPEX adjustments — supporting investors, lenders and acquirers in making informed commercial decisions.
We bridge the technical and commercial sides of a project by aligning EPC contracts, O&M agreements, PPAs, grid connection agreements and performance guarantees with the underlying technical design and financial assumptions. The result is a contractual package that is bankable, defensible and consistent across all stakeholders..
At Clenergize, we don’t just review projects — we help build them. From the first feasibility conversation to the final handover, our Energy Infrastructure team is engineered to make your project bankable, grid-ready and operationally reliable.
